Reviewing this again as freemium, it's pretty easy to use and the quality of the music generation is really good. Even without downloading, if you choose not to pay for being able to use the results commercially, it is a great way to see if what you imagined, like the style, fits what you wanted or not and then help to be more specific in what you want and what you don't. As a musician, it helped me realize that the style that I had in mind was not exactly what fitted first. As a Freemium it's truly great.

Literally doesn't work due to “high demand”, at least for free accounts. May be other week, may be never, I can't say. I tried for two days to generate anything.

Not 100% free, since it doesn't allow download of the creation. That's a point that should have been explicitly said in the presentation of the product, as well as forbidding the usage for commercial use by free users. Not saying that they should do everything for free, just to be upfront and transparent while presenting their product. If it's something that I dislike is lack of transparency related to fees.

I get where you're coming from but I think it's fair to call it freemium, you can use the tool and generate songs without paying, which makes it pretty free-to-use friendly. It gives daily credits and does what it promises, even if downloads and commercial use are part of the paid tier. As far as I’ve seen, it's never claimed to be 100% free.

Actually, at the time of me writing my review, it was marked as and in the section of 100% free, which was how I reviewed it. As something who was marked 100% free when it wasn't. Otherwise, just like I replied to another user, I wouldn't write that there was a lack of transparency. I understand perfectly, that not everything can be free, but transparency when introducing a product is something that I value a lot. And at the time of my review, there was a lack of transparency, which, as you may understand, doesn't give me much trust in the product or in the team behind it. Nothing personal of course.

Totally understandable, Helena. Thanks a lot for clarifying. It's very possible a colleague updated the category in the meantime, which would explain the mismatch. Really appreciate you pointing this out, it helps us keep TAAFT as accurate and transparent as possible.

It's not 100% free. Free users cannot use the music for commercial purposes. It's written in the price list.

The free version doesn't include commercial rights and it's clearly mentioned. You can still generate and experiment with music for free, which makes it pretty useful even without a subscription.
