Really enjoying using Profound so far.
Gives great visibility of how LLMs are viewing brands. The user experience could be slightly better in terms of suggesting next steps and actions.

It's ok - English pre-recorded transcription is good. But if I need accuracy in real-time with lots of people talking and noisy background it tends to fall over.
With the right use case, AssemblyAI is good enough - but with my specific audio requests, it's a bit hit and miss.
