Yes. I see our reply got cut off. The other standard we align to is NACE's Career Readiness Competencies. This is also US-based. We are open to additional standards suggestions! The tool is actually used around the world, and we are working to localize it better.

Thank you, Ajaz! This is thoughtful feedback. We would like to note that Coach was co-designed by 20 career development organizations, and tested with hundreds of educators and learners. Additionally, the activities on the platform are developed by real career coaches and aligned to two sets of standards: the National Career Development Guidelines (NCDG) from the National Career Development Association, as well as National Association of Colleges
