I subscribed for the 800 minute plan (directly through the transcript.lol website). I had errors with the transcriptions and had to purchase more credits to make up for it. I submitted the error codes to the support email and was ignored. Only when I asked about it in their public forum did I get a response. I asked only for a refund for the additional credits I had to purchase -- which is in line with their refund policy. I have sent multiple messages, but have been ignored. I don't recommend the service, as they don't stand behind their support or refund policy.
