This AI does not upscale videos. When I put in a video for it to upscale, it remained at 0% progress for over 30 minutes. It's also impossible to contact them since the email on their website doesn't exist. I strongly recommend finding a different service.

This AI does not upscale videos. When I put in a video for it to enhance, it remained at 0% progress for well over a half hour. You also can't contact them for help since the email on their website does not exist. I strongly recommend finding another service.
