I subscribed to buy the plan, it accepted my credit card information and then told me that I hadn't upgraded. Now I can't see my account and whether I'm going to be billed after 7 days. Matthew, I sent an email through your platform - if you can advise if this can be corrected? Thanks..Lana

Should offer a free trial, felt I've wasted $14.99 to try it out and it really wasn't what I was looking for, and images where poor/distorted. Lots of competition in the niche of presentations.
