This is a fantastic product and I use it every single day. The core features are incredibly powerful and have saved me so much time compared to the clunky alternatives. My only gripe, and why it's not a perfect 5, is that the initial setup can be a bit confusing. I had to contact support to figure out the import tool they were great, but I wish it was more intuitive from the start. Once you're past that it's smooth sailing
