I tested them all and this icon generator is by far the best. Make sure you specify 'app icon' though so you actually get one that looks like an app icon.

Very happy with the result but it wasn't able to follow hex code color direction.

Spent 10 minutes coloring the section to remove then it requires I create an account. It doesn't accept the code it emailed me then reloads the page and clears everything.
