tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.

threw in a few zillow links. site pulls data fast, spits out flyers, vids, pages, no drag, no fluff. the flow's slick but almost too smooth, barely touches ground before launching assests. most stuff looks ready to go, but there's a factory feel to it. great for speed, less so for surprise.

ran a bunch of style prompts, workflow feels lean and speedy; images pop fast but some controls hide behind shorthand, outputs look gorgeous and consistent, yet there's zero talk about how it decided things. accuracy-to-prompt feels strong, just want clearer knobs.

tested it on a mix of docs and code. interface is clean, almost bare; loads fast but u might dig for advanced toggles. answers look on point and quick, citations show up but don't really unpack the why. overall solid brain, just wish it explained its steps more.

tested it on a few neighborhoods. the interface is so stripped down it almost feels unfinished, quick to load but u might hunt for extra fillers. the data look on point, yet they dont dive deep into data sources to explain. overall accuracy feeks solid and the map is smooth, just wish it talked more about the results.
