No support. Discord is beyond dead. The bots all have one mode - yandere. Good luck getting anything worth your time out of them. I fear for anyone that subscribes - if the subscription management is as competently done as the rest of the website you will likely have to cancel your card to get out of it. Made me wish we could rate in the negatives.

Not sure where all the praise is coming from. As an assist tool it might be decent - unless it hijacks you work when you ask for that assist and you have to redo it, which feels like a real possibility right now - but unless you are extremely careful you are liable to end up with a misinformation laden pile of nonsense. Seven essays and not a single attempt has gone above 25% of the information cited being factual. All of them on popular gaming/Light Novel/Anime franchises. You would think at least one of those has enough freely available official content online to ensure veracity but no. If this thing can’t cite FATE of all franchises without devolving into making shit up three sentences in, I am horrified at the prospect of asking it to cite anything scientific or otherwise academic. Good thing I got the free trial so I don’t have to deal with asking for a refund.

Generates solid enough scenes and chapters but also chapters just disappear for no visible reason. One moment they're there and the next you click and it's just blank page. On top of that the model routinely ignores REAPEATD instructions and even seems to intentionally go against them. If you asked it t derail your story it would probably do a worse job at it than it does now on it own. This is the 4th or 5th such service I've tried out and this is a consistent problem. The one place where the issue is somewhat curbed has so many filters you spend more time working around them than reading. Sadly despite it's promise this generator need A LOT of Work to actually be competitive and the pricing is basically it's only advantage.

Not what I would call a great first impression. The fact that I can't see how many credits a generation will cost me BEFORE I press the button feels... questionable at best. Also if I could get an explanation how when I've prompted short blue skirt I'm getting a picture with a LONG WHITE DRESS that would be fantastic. Like I would love to know the logic that lead to that. The whole system feels designed to burn your credits so you'll be forced to buy more. It's 2025, have some shame.

No clue what the paid version is like but on free. You WILL have to pre-edit you images if you want the clown show of a intake system to actually read the whole thing. It just gives you massive middle finger if your reference image is any kind of non-standart aspect ratio. Refuses to work with character reference images if it can't find a face in the image. IS ENTIRELY BLIND TO FACES UNLES THEY ARE HEAD ON TO THE VIEWER. The slightest tilt to the side and you will see 'no faces in the image' message. This would be laughable if this site didn't have a paid subscription as an option. I don't even want to think about how I would react If I paid money only for this sorry excuse of an image editor to tell me there are no faces in the picture because it can't comprehend anything that is not staring right down at it. Absolute waste of time and potentially money.

The millisecond you inputs are not exactly what the bots want you will get stock garbage and complete nonsense. The chat functions feel more like poorly pre-programed responses than actual chat-bots. Unless unlocking the "Pro" tier magically improves things by several orders of magnitude this app is a waste of time and likely money.

Lack of restriction is literally the only good point. The AI will gleefully ignore your prompt and give random garbage in response just because. If called out it will claim to be trying to be creative. I gave you half a WORD page worth of prompt for a reason you fucking waste of disk space. NOT WORTH the aggravation.

The simplistic interface and look would not be a problem if you could actually use this. From the little I could try it's got a decent level of conversational generation. Problem is, you run out of messages fairly quickly with no indication how many you have and when you try to 'upgrade as you are prompted' .... nothing ... The page just refreshes and nothing happens. I question the logic and intelligence behind giving people limited free messages and then shitting the bed on the monetization to the point it doesn't exist. Incompetent, half-assed implementation. (Yes I checked on different browsers, if you clowns made your subscription page only work on a single very specific one that is an extra level of stupid.)

Good news. If you make an account the bot you make and your chat is private. Whether it was a lack of clarity and me misunderstanding or they fixed it end result is at least you have privacy if you want it. The rest has not changed since launch.

Found the delete feature and edit. That said making any real use of the story generation requires so much detail in order for the story to stay at least close to what you want that one might as well take the extra effort and write for themselves. I caved and bought some credits. Of the 6 stories I generated one went completely opposite of what I wanted despite a paragraph of instructions longer that your reply here. Another was basically seven repeats of the same scene with slightly changed word order because I chose a longer story and didn't give a lot of instructions. Another story despite my giving TWO PAGES (Checked in word) worth of instruction still somehow managed to go off the rails in the final 20% of the story. Overall with the latest update I'd upgrade the rating from 2/5 to 3,5/5. And you could just give people two credits so they can fully try out the fully feature set before the decide to spend money. Just a thought. Because with one credit you have to choose between the story being private and being long.

The text generated is decent but the problem is the severe lack of control for what you get written and the inability to edit or re-do sections you're not happy with.

Some help for anyone that finds themselves trapped by this bullshit and sees this by chance. You can still unsub, it just takes a very unintuitive workaround. When you go to manage your subscription after accepting the 'free' credits the cancel button will be inactive and there will be text telling you you now have to wait a week to unsubscribe. However that Upgrade button is active, because of course they would love to get even more money from you. The trick is when you click on the upgrade button you will be sent to a payment processing page, where they HAVE to have cancel button. You can used that one. You will have to confirm THREE times that you do in fact want to cancel, each time while having a 'discount' shoved in your face but you can still get it done. Hope this helps.

Outright build to be SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you take the trial option and try to cancel you will be offered 'free credits' what you will ONLY be told AFTER THE FACT is that taking the credits means you can't cancel your subscription for A WEEK. The trial is 2 days and subscriptions are YEARLY ONLY. This a blatant scam to take 100$ from you. It also ILLEGAL in the EU. Which is why I will be reporting these geniuses to the EU Consumer Protection Agency.

Absolute garbage. Not sure if it is but felt like a cryptomining scam - in the space of less than ten minutes the tab that it was in was using upward of 1,2GB of RAM and every single drop of CPU processing it could grab, the latter nearly crashed my system. AVOID.

Severely lacking in transparency on what you can and can't do with the content you generate. The trial option is designed to for FORCE you to have your test story public and as far as I can see you cannot edit whatever the AI generates, so if it decides to hijack your story and do something completely opposite to what you want you have no recourse. As far as I can see you can't even delete a generated story. The generated text is overall decent to good but that's the only upside.

Good concept. Questionable execution. The various 'Generation' tools have a tendency to frequently 'hang' wasting not only your time and prompt but you credits as well. And that last one is egregious if you're on a paid plan. This to say nothing of the fact that this 'Unrestricted' has half it's LLM's be ones that are actually extremely restricted in terms of content. Numerous menus and systems are unintuitive or have restrictions seemingly just because. Some of the input limitations feel arbitrary or designed to make using the system harder.

Adding on - the infinite reload is present on Firefox. LATEST VERSION of Firefox.

It's not constant but the front page will sometimes reload at random on desktop. So your 'fix' wasn't veery effective.

No filters and no search function if you want to look for a specific personality type or anything of the sort. The ability to add additional context to a chat is nice and works seamlessly as far as I can tell but the problem is it's not just a nice bonus. It's practically necessary for one very simple reason. If you don't use it to explicitly tell the bot what language to speak in it will just pick, seemingly at random. And switch from that to English and back.. also at random. There is no indication anywhere of what language a bot is supposed to be speaking. The ability to use for free is nice but not exactly unique and there is no indication if it's limited and how much use you have available. Decent idea. Really poor execution.

The website wants to be slick and modern looking but all the blinding white background does is make it sear your eyes. Outside of that the front page design is a cookie cutter as they come. I tried role-playing with one of the bots. I presented a short scenario to it and it immediately inverted every single detail of the scenario into something I had no interest in. When I asked what the issue was and why it was failing to comprehend the scenario it just parroted my question back at me. If this came from a high school student it would still be embarrassingly bad.

I can't tell if it's arrogance, stupidity or something else but asking for a year long subscription on a VERY clearly early in development app is absurd. The filters are limited and frankly the worst selection you could have gone for - Nationality??!! Really???!! Two 'tiers' of "Pro" presented visually but you get redirected to the same exact itch.io payment page at the higher price. This while the site boldly claim a 75% off promo. Blatant scam.

Public only characters. No character editing. No chat editing or reply rerolling. No chat reset. Absolutely no clarity if your chats are private. This app would have been a sad, disgraceful, scam looking thing 2-3 years ago. Today? You should be embarrassed to not only put this out to the public but actually have paid 'tiers'.

I've tried to give this thing a chance and the people running it the benefit of the doubt but at this point I give up. I'm 20 bucks in and I can confidently say it's a fucking scam. NO IMPROVEMENTS PAST THE FIRST WEEK. THE AI IS ATROCIOUS AT VOICE RECONGITION. IT keep interrupting my to tell me it's reset it's memory for absolutely no reason at all. All this on top of the fact that the 'system' counts the first second you connect to a bot as a full minute. I'd ask for a refund but I have my doubts there is anyone to ask at this point. What a fucking waste of a genuinely interesting idea.

I've tried to send you feedback about a specific problem twice and both times I get a message "unable to deliver your message to the following address." In short I can't access one of my past conversations with a private bot.

Further feedback. The bot is WAY, WAY too eager to reply when in voice chat mode. Sometimes it starts talking while I'm taking a breath in the middle of a sentence. Slow it the fuck down. I don't know algorithm is used to transcribe what the Voice recognition picks up but that too is way too fucking eager to record each word separately. A normal sentence ending up as four separate lines of text in the transcript is not how this should be going. I didn't even slow down. In it's current state the VC function is more annoying and frustrating than anything.

That's great to hear. You canvas feature still needs to be fixed though. In effect once it's activated the bot simply can not exit the mode regardless of commands issued. It not only derails things but you have to reset the conversation to exit the mess. What's worse it appears there is a decent chance you can activate it accidentally since it happened to me after only a handful of conversations and maybe 3-4 hours of chatting. I'll grant you my enunciation isn't the best but I went back and not even the words the bot DID hear explain why it started drawing.

Further feedback. After about an hour of chatting the bot just breaks. First tired to generate images unprompted and spat out errors. Then it just stopped responding. If you're going to use voice recognition you need to beef up the system because it fries it's brain way too fast right now.

Is there a technical limitation that necessitates that conversations are lost the moment I close the tab. I'm currently having a pretty nice chat with one of your bots but if I end up having to close the browser at some point I would have to start from scratch. If there is no such limitation, this is something you should look into. Most chat services will allow you to keep a conversation saved for a while and come back to it when you have the time without having to worry about it disappearing if you computer crashes or a Windows updated forces a restart.

The 'trial' is far too short to really get a feel for the service. But the part that seems deigned to scam you is that if you cancel your subscription you lose access to the things you paid for supposedly for a month instantly. NO Warning. Nothing. It's a middle finger to anyone that wants to sub for a month and not risk forgetting to cancel. It's an anti-consumer scam that only cares about taking your money. As for the service itself - it's novel-ish. Other chatbot services provide TTS as well, just often at a higher price point. But given the lack of clear instruction on how to use the available features that might be part of the reason. And no a single sentence on a long page of look at out 'features' is NOT sufficient explanation how to use the Canvas. Barebones. If this was priced at 2$ it might be acceptable for how limited and unfinished it looks. At it's current price and with the subscription cancelation scam in place - it's not worth your time much less your money.

The fact that it requires you to download a mobile app to search characters is an immediate disqualifier. You made a desktop version of this and then you FORCE people to use a mobile app for full functionality. Fail. It doesn't really matter if you AI is good when I can't find the characters I want to chat with without USING ANOTHER DEVICE. The pathological obsession with making everything mobile is bad enough on it's own - when you lock feature of your desktop website behind a mobile app you just signal no one was using your app or you expect no one would use it without this strong-arming.

The name of the app is unfortunately quite fitting. I feels like a rush job. Given that the ability to re-roll or undo replies, one of the most basic functions to such apps is nowhere to be found I'd say this was pushed out as a cashgrab more than anything else. The fact that whatever LLM is being used seems INTENT on derailing any and all attempts to stick to a scenario during role-play does it no good either. This could be decent if it had any though and planning put into it. As is, it's just one of a million clones of the same thing and a lot of the competition is at least more functional.

You see I might have considered doing that if not for the fact that you seem to think it's a good idea to downvote a comment/review that criticizes you. Doesn't seem like the action of people that want to take responsibility and improve. It's kind of childish and I really have no patience to deal with an attitude like that. If you wanted to ensure I will remember your service/app as one to avoid in the future, good job.

When Google's Gemini is outperforming you on story writing ... you done fucked up.

It took all of four instructions in story writing mode for the models to start spewing out nonsense and trying to write things that were decidedly NOT part of the story set up OR the instructions in question. Save for apps that outright DONT WORK this is a new record. On the plus side I didn't have to waste a lot of time on it. It showed it's deficiencies in about 20 minutes. Not least of which ABSOLUTELY NO intuitive way to address the problems when the AI went off the rails. Maybe they exist but if it takes me hunting through menus and settings to find them when the competition just lets you used a simple command.....

The only good thing I can say about the website is that it has a decent look and the bots work well... until they don't work at all. Support is effectively non-existent. I wrote to them only to be told "Oh but they work for us." Also the link to manage one's subscriptions DOES NOT WORK. You need a work-around to cancel sub. And before someone starts giving advice - I've tried four different browsers and two ISPs. NOTHING changes.
