Unfortunately, customer service cannot provide effective solutions in reasonable time. For over a week I’ve been trying to get a solution to access their premium content, having sent the requested screenshots, receipts and invoices, but to no avail. Response is at best sparse, taking over the stated three days (for each interaction), and nothing substantial has come out of it, except generic “reset the password” suggestions. And now I am at a dilemma, as I have paid, and fear being charged again, although unable to even cancel, as my account is locked to the free tier, albeit the charge made through Stripe (which does not provide a channel to request the cancellation).

Basic paid plan implies that generated images are not private. It is inconceivable that a paid service does not provide privacy.

I have been using it for quite some time, with fantastic results. Accurate, fast, and with several output formats.

Naming results were excelent, but the app seems to not being able to renew credits at the end of the month/monthly cycle. Commiting to a subscription is inadvisable, if the usage limits do not renew automatically.

Did not find the offer for the "New Unlimited AI Access Pack, which allows users to access AI without limites during the subscription period".

I´ve paid for a plan with 1.000 monthly credits, but, without ever using any of the tools once (not even to try in the "free plan"), my credits reset to 40. I should have avoided buying such credits, at least until the service was stable.

Unable to test. Although it supposedly grants 300 trial credits, such amount is not enough to generate even a single video. Such opacity does not forebode well.

Pricing model only offers limited use. Competitors offer tiers with unlimited use.
