Video generation can sometimes take a bit longer depending on the model and queue load. You can safely leave the page and check the result later in History once processing is complete.
If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded, so you won’t lose them.
If the issue keeps happening, feel free to contact our support — we’ll help look into it and add bonus credits for the inconvenience.
