The only negative feedback I have for you is the web app seems a little bit buggy on my phone sometimes when you click to hold down for speech it doesn't work very well you have to try it a couple times. I like it though I'm going to try it again.

We are indeed actively looking for a way to close the gap for beginners. We plan to do it via our chat, however, not via articles, as on an early stage people tend to acquire language better through interaction. We plan to release a first version of "novice panel" this weekend for some language pairs, a simple tool that would help beginners with language basics.

Indeed Chinese and a few other languages are still in beta-testing. You probably saw this during the onboarding. We work on improving user experience for those languages, and hopefully they will get into live mode soon.
