I've been playing around with this for a few hours. It's made me say "WOW" too many times than i wish to admit. I'm going to follow this and see how it evolves. For now, i managed to create quite a nice Expenses app for personal use. | It did have some problems when it came to moving some components on other pages, but for how short the prompts it uses can be, it is really impressive. The tool's quality has dropped significantly over the past three months. The AI is taking three times longer to solve problems and is still making many mistakes. Accuracy has decreased by at least 60%. I had to manually fix everything and stop using the prompt. Unfortunately, it used to work very well for me, but now it no longer does.

The AI property description tool works really well. I haven’t gotten around to using the poster feature yet, but all in all, it’s worth an 8 out of 10.
