Since our Launch, we’ve evolved Agenda Hero Magic, and it’s seriously awesome.

In addition to converting text into a calendar event, you can:
- Create multiple calendar events with a single prompt
- Convert screenshots, images, phone photos, and PDFs to calendar events
- Use the Chrome extension to select text or take a screenshot and create events
- Take or share photos with the iOS app or Android app to create events
- Add individual events to Google, Apple, Microsoft, and other calendars
- Add multiple events to your Google calendars at one time
- Connect multiple Google calendars and choose which calendar to send the events

🌏 Every week, people from 6 of the 7 continents, from students to professionals to retirees, use Agenda Hero Magic for their personal, school, family, and business calendars.

Helpful tips:
💡 If you upload an image or PDF, give it additional context, such as, “before every event title, prefix Emma:” or “these events happen in 2025”.
💡 If we don’t have enough info to return an event, we give you a placeholder event that you can modify. If you prefer, you can always start new and try again.
💡 PDF support is currently for the first page of a PDF.
💡 Some people love the Add to Calendar button on the extension; others prefer to disable it in favor of right-click only. The choice is yours.
💡 Magic is free. We envision a free-forever plan with advanced paid features in the future.

This tool has been an absolute game-changer when it comes to planning!! I used to organize all of my travel and upcoming events in Google docs, but Agenda Hero made it so I can just dump out everything that's upcoming and get back and organized and fun schedule that actually makes me excited to plan rather than stressed!

Really useful for work life balance management. It has a few issues with additional text on the screen so I would recommend screen shotting then cropping ONLY the info you want to increase accuracy.

Thanks for the feedback, and also for the tip for the community. One more tip: if you upload an image directly, you can add context that might be missing in the image. For example, the duration is 3 hours or prefix every event title with Name:

Hey everyone, I wanted to share with you a new app I found that's been really helpful for me. As someone who thrives on routine but struggles to actually organize my calendar, this app has been a game-changer. It's perfect for people with brains like mine (and maybe boys, too!). You can simply upload a PDF, describe what you need in a few words, and create calendar entries for you to save. It's seriously amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with scheduling like I do. The best thing is it didn't cost me a cent. it is for Android and iPhones or google on the web.
