Fit Forge Coach
Overview
Fit Forge Coach is a GPT (Generative Pretrained Transformer) based tool designed to simulate personalized coaching for CrossFit workouts. Through interaction with the GPT, users can receive custom workout plans and advice designed to suit their individual fitness levels and goals.
One of the key functions of the Fit Forge Coach is its ability to create targeted High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) routines, strength-training regimens, and workouts suitable for beginners to CrossFit.
Additionally, the GPT provides guidance on technique improvements, such as how to enhance one's performance in specific exercises like squats. Users interact with Fit Forge through a chat interface, allowing the GPT to respond and adapt to user inputs in real-time.
As part of its chat interface, Fit Forge offers a range of prompt starters to guide users in soliciting advice or creating workout plans, such as 'Design a workout for strength,' 'I need a HIIT routine,' 'Craft a beginners workout,' and 'How do I improve my squat?' Fit Forge Coach requires ChatGPT Plus for an optimal user experience.
It is important to underscore that while the Fit Forge Coach GPT provides tailored workouts and technique advice, users should consult with healthcare professionals before starting any new fitness regimen.

5,66156Released 1y ago#37 in TrendingLet me start by saying this is the best free app period. There is no free app that can beat this. I’ve tried every other one I could find and this is by far the best. I recently used the referral feature to get a lifetime premium. The suggested workouts are nice if you don’t know exactly how to work out. The only things that bothered me were that there were certain exercises that should’ve been there that weren’t and I had to add myself. There is also no way to track which muscles specifically you’ve worked. But these are minor nitpicks and is overall the best workout app I’ve tried.
