- New Home Page: A fresh, intuitive layout that makes navigating Ren easier.
- Feedback Loop Completion: Employees can now react to and respond to feedback from their managers, closing the feedback loop.
-Simplified Dashboards: Coaches and managers now have a clearer, more streamlined dashboard experience.
-Removal of Daily Pulse, Weekly Reflection, and Current Intention – Refining the experience based on user feedback.
-Interaction Updates: We've aligned all interactions with the new feedback loop flow.
- Growth Score: Introducing a new metric to help track development and progress.
- Updated Navigation: Focused on improving team views and simplifying user experience.
- Enhanced Notifications & Emails: Stay up-to-date with clearer, more relevant communications tailored to your team’s activities.
Bug Fixes:
-Corrected issue where extra spaces were added to names.
-Fixed incorrect date displays on Interactions and Activity pages.
-Reduced latency when creating a Growth Theme during onboarding.
-An issue preventing users from receiving notifications has been resolved, and notifications should now be delivered as expected.
-Styling issues on the Activity page have been resolved to align with the updated feedback loop functionality.

It gives you time to get it all out and a lot of times I feel better just by verbalizing issues out loud. I really appreciate that the report from the session reflects everything I've said in a structured way, so I don't have to worry about talking super coherently.
