Currently using it for handling basic FAQs and simple actions and it's doing the job. The no code part makes everything straightforward. Replies are fast and natural. Nice tool option if you're looking to simply add a chatbot without dealing with the complex stuff.

Not the best experience. Ask it to describe denialism and it told me repeatedly it can’t talk to me about hate speech. Not what I asked. I even asked if it would define birthdays and it got stuck on denialism and hate speech. At least it was free.

We’ve been using Chatsistant for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been awesome. The fact that we can hook in our authentication token so the AI can verify users and check their order history on the spot has seriously leveled up our customer service. It just feels smoother for everyone, and we’ve definitely noticed a bump in orders and retention since rolling it out. Also, their pricing is legit for what you actually get and they allow BYOK (bring your own key - large language model) for unlimited limits, unlike many others.

Excellent chatbot, very functional and easy to teach. It took me a while to vary the prompt, but I ended up getting a great result when I put it through a stress test. I give 4 stars because I think this AI can still improve. In any case I recommend it.

Once trained, it can coherently answer about anything I put on my website Features are a little on the bare side though, but new ones seem to spring up every other day so I suppose the team is very active in building it. Also the basic ones that I need are all in and working very well.
