I tried the librarian for a few days and I think this is an ultimate AI agent tools that I personally need. The integration with Gmail, Gdrive, Linkedin, Image Gen from WhatsApp is really amazing. This is how an AI agent supposed to be! To reduce workload and The LIbrarian does this extremely well :)

This AI is a strong productivity ally, fast, realiable, and chat friendly. It's best for those deep in the Google "ecosystem" who want to offload routine tasks. But if you're craving a more stylish interface or broader integration without cost, you might hit a few bumps.

Regarding the web interface you are right and there is room for improvement but we've been prioritising the user experience on WhatsApp. And in terms of integrations we are working hard and just added LinkedIn, GitHub, Zoom and have many more in the pipeline! 😎

I’ve used for a week, and for me, it has proven so far, to be the easiest ai to assist me with my biggest task..managing my email! Writing and sending directly from commands in our chat window is easy and always with my prior approval. I have many other brags about TheLibrarian.io, but I don’t want to get ahead of what you may have to share! This one is a keeper for me!

We are right now rolling out the pricing plans and we are keeping the Basic Plan at $9 per month which is equivalent to a cappuccino at Starbucks. Do you think that's reasonable? Regarding the multiple accounts, there's nothing stopping you from connecting multiple Gmail and Gcal accounts but please be aware that when you ask TheLibrarian.io to send an email or schedule a meeting it will always choose the first account as the default one.

Hi Adil, thank you for reaching out. We are Google CASA certified and all the user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Additionally, we do not store any user files on our side, ie, TheLibrarian.io knows where to find the information and point you on the right direction but all the files remain on your Google Drive, Notion, etc. Finally, user privacy is super important for us so even when you report a bug you do need to check the box that says "I allow The Librarian team to review this conversation." before anyone from the tech team can investigate the issue. Love the tool, potential to become a daily part of my workflow for it's versatility. Things I love: - asking it to transcribe and mail to me, for quick voice memos - asking it to find information on people and things, and then later on-get back to me. - reminders in the chat environment that I use day to day I'm missing: More integrations! I've been using for a few months and love it. Seamless integration with Google-mail,cal and drive. Super useful to use Whatsapp as primary interface. Great for work (emaill compesition is neat) but also home-upload pdf of kids term events and it turns theminto calendar entries!

Ever since I have started using Librarian it's made my life so much easier. I programmed a daily message so that every day I get a summary of all my stock information and news reports without having to ask for it. Additionally being able to send emails and calendar invites at the click of a button has made it really quick and convenient for me. For instance every time I want to send a calendar invite to my family to let them know I have plans, all I have to do is ask the Librarian to send the details to my 'parents' and it already has all of their contact details. It's also very simple and easy to use so would definitely recommend.

For me what makes Librarian stand out is it's ability to integrate with Whatsapp. It makes it so much more convenient to send emails, and calendar invites. For instance whenever I want to inform my family I have certain plans, all I have to do is ask Librarian to send the information to my 'parents' and it already has all the information saved. Additionally I programmed a daily message that gives me all the information on my stocks and news reports I'm interested in every morning, without me even having to ask.

Been using it since Nov 2024 for work. The WhatsApp interface is what makes it stick - I’m able to integrate information from emails, Google suite, notion, calendars for a highly personalized interaction and assist. Reduces the pain of juggling between apps when I’m on the go. Definitely looking forward to new features - hopefully a multi account integration between work and personal!

Really useful tool to fill in a gap much needed. The amount of time saved in endless searching for emails and information is groundbreaking. The daily summary feature is super useful and the option to have the AI giving reminders makes life so much easier. The interface is very natural and the integration with other platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) makes a huge difference.

Amazing productivity tool. It’s like my own personal assistant to manager meetings, send reminders. I start my days with its daily summaries, and i am pretty sure that I procrastinate very less compared to before

The integration between Whatsapp and google calendar has been very helpful. For a lazy person like me, i can just use WA to ask Librarian something like “put a 1 hour focus time on my calendar to do XXX”. Then i don’t need to check conflicts anymore. Schedule management has been a breeze. As a PM, if Librarian is to integrate Jira in the feature, then it’d be my perfect slave 🤓

Compared to many AI agents out there, TheLibrarian offers a lot integration. It seamlessly connects with platforms like Gmail, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and more, all within a single chatbot interface. It has streamlined my workflow by consolidating multiple platforms into a single interface. What once required toggling between various applications is now accomplished with a simple prompt. While the product is still in development, its potential is evident, and it promises to be a valuable tool once fully realized.

I’ve been using this since last year daily, and it has completely stopped my use of GPT. Now I just use librarian for anything I’d normally use chatGPT for. Additionally, the daily summary feature is an incredible way for me to start the day. Kudos to the founders who constantly reach out to users like me to continuously improve the product. Highly recommend this for anyone, especially if you struggle to keep up with your schedules.
