Project Aura is XREAL's first tethered optical see-through XR glasses built for Google's Android XR platform. Featuring a dual-chip design with the XREAL X1S and Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2, it delivers a 70°+ field of view with micro-OLED displays. The lightweight glasses connect to a tethered compute puck that also serves as a trackpad. Powered by Google Gemini AI, it supports hands-free voice and hand-gesture input, spatial tracking (6DoF), and runs the full Android XR ecosystem with access to Google Play apps.
