For the most precise results, users are suggested to ensure proper lightening and to place a ruler next to the plate, which helps the GPT effectively estimate the actual size of the servings.
Once the photo is input into CountMyCalories Connie, the GPT uses machine learning algorithms to conduct image analysis and estimate the calorie content of the meal.
It is designed to support individuals in their health and wellness journeys by providing a convenient method for tracking calorie intake.A seamless integration of ChatGPT enables conversational interaction which enriches user experience.
Users need to sign up for access and it requires ChatGPT Plus for complete functionality. Please note that more specific details about features and accessibility may vary and should be verified on the myaievolution.com website.

What a great app! I've been using MealSnap every day since I purchased the annual plan, and knowing what I eat (health rating, calories, mL, ingredients, ...) feels like I'm already having a much better diet. I used to go to McDonald's and Wendy's weekly (and was working at my campus' Starbucks next door, which didn't help!). With this app, because I am now forcing myself to record every meal, I am feeling much more aware of whether I eat junk food or not! And just the fact that I can go back and check what I've eaten over the last weeks and months has had a great physical effect on me and my health - (but you will need to subscribe to their annual tier. Very cheap though!)
