About the Role
We're seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join our team at 10Clouds. This role focuses on prompt engineering, AI tool optimization, and helping clients implement GenAI solutions and products.
Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience in AI implementation, or related technical roles (focused on generative AI era).
1+ years of experience in Python or other backend focused programming language.
Proven track record of successful AI agent development and deployment.
Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
Portfolio of implemented AI projects ready to demonstrate during interview process.
Expert-level prompt engineering across multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations across different use cases.
Knowledge of advanced AI concepts: context engineering, context compression, tool usage methodologies.
Experience with agent frameworks and emerging protocols (MCP, agent protocols).
Understanding of AI model selection for specific use cases.
Ability to evaluate AI tool effectiveness and ROI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills for translating AI concepts into business value.
Experience with process mapping and business optimization.
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple client engagements.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
Demonstrated passion for AI with portfolio of practical implementations.
Ability to learn new AI tools and platforms quickly.
Client-focused mindset with consulting experience.
