About the Role
Comcast’s Summer Internship Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build lasting connections, and grow professionally in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Qualifications
Programming Languages:Proficiency in Python, Java.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset to leverage AI for optimizing software development processes.
Knowledge of software development principles, software development lifecycle and object-oriented programming.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with Gen AI/ML tools & frameworks.
Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university.
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028).
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating).
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering).

Predictive Maintenance: Leverage machine learning models to predict and prevent system failures, improving software reliability and performance.
Intelligent Debugging: Apply AI algorithms to identify, diagnose, and fix bugs swiftly, ensuring high-quality software.
AI-Driven Testing: Implement and utilize AI-driven testing frameworks to conduct thorough and efficient software validation.
Smart DevOps: Integrate AI into DevOps processes for automated deployment, monitoring, and scaling, ensuring seamless and continuous software operations.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
