Xiaomi-Robotics-1 is a robot foundation model trained in two stages: large-scale embodiment-free (UMI) pre-training across over 1,700 scenarios, followed by post-training on cross-embodiment data including 7,200+ hours of in-house real-robot demonstrations. It aligns general action-generation ability with real robot embodiments and natural-language instruction following. Out of the box it performs mobile manipulation tasks such as tidying, sorting, and packing. It adapts to new tasks from a few hours of demonstrations and achieves state-of-the-art results on RoboCasa, RoboCasa365, VLABench, and RoboDojo simulation benchmarks. Code and model weights are announced but not yet released.
