AI focused on image cleanup of scanned documents

There are several tools focused on making better photos. Looking for something targeting treatment of poor quality documents - some of the same things photo treatment might do - remove dust specks & stray marks, folds/creases etc, other physical damage/aging.

However, rather than focus on "people"/color, instead "expect" words, try to crispen lines/letters. Not looking to go to OCR, want to have the final product be a clean looking "original" - although the final product would be easy to OCR...
