AI Image Editor That Swaps Out Whole People

I want to be able to swap out entire people not just faces, and I'd like to make the AI image that is brought in persistent so it goes throughout the pictures. I was in a painful and miserable relationship for 11 years out of pity for this woman who had nowhere to go. I am good at deleting people mentally but she is in so many pictures of my daughters birthdays, friends parties h9olidays and the like I just want to replace her and I don't want to just remove her or replace her with a plant.

I found a site online where it had AI to do this but it limited you to like 4 a month.

Anyone know of anything preferably free?
