AI needed for Talking Head Videos I am trying to produce

Greetings, I need some help… I’m looking for the software(and the procedure) for a Face/Talking Head Swapping Project I’m trying to accomplish… here’s what I’m trying to do... I want to take VIDEO of myself, talking & moving in front of my camera - THEN, I want to SWAP my face/head(and possibly upper torso) with a 3d Blender face I had created… Is This POSSIBLE? Im SURE it is but I don’t know how to get started… this project will be pretty funny when finished and I'm willing to pay someone a few hundred bucks to steer me in the right direction…
