Based on .08 standard industry calculation of alcohol intoxication using est. height weight, etc. Bartenders can enter their visual estimations of a CUSTOMER being served at drink 1, and app will start tracking each CUSTOMER a bartender is activily serving. The app will track live all patron's estimated levels over time, and automatically return an audible warning back to the bartender's app and bartender will interact with the app's warnings and enter any action taken. Or otherwise ignore it.
The tracking app may give an audible warning and suggest the bartender to "Serve the customer a "snack" or "Engage your patron's eye contact, then Suggest a glass of water". or warns, "STOP SERVING NOW!!"
