AI Tool for converting text to infographics like brainstorming in canva

Howdy all you brainy people!

I am hoping you can help me! I ahve a heap of data in text form that i need to turn into infographics including:
= brainstorming
- mind mapping
- empathy maps
- journey maps
- personas

An so on.. its for an assessment on human centred design - i am a little out of my element! Give me excel any day!
