AI tool for organising thoughts and building a lasting knowledge base

A persistent AI assistant that I can add voice notes and text to, that will gather and organise and structure my thoughts into a single repository that I can build over time. One that learns my style and preferences, challenges me on things that I might otherwise miss and creates a searchable and interrogate-able knowledge base that will avoid me ever having to rely on a manual storage and retrieval system ever again (because I sucjk at managing them).

I tried Advanced Voice in CGPT but the lack of a persistent memory that builds context, and the inability to populate a central repository (eg Notion) as we go ruled it out.
