AI tool for reading an architectural drawing and answer to simple queries

Sometimes a quick analyser for drawings could be a time saver. Feeding a dwg drawing or its pdf representation and making requests like
- "how many windows on 3rd floor?" or
- "Which is the total surface including walls?" or even
- "This is an small sketch of an item XYZ. List the presence of such items and their dimensions".

This requires an AI capable of recognizing small sets of lines in a wider drawing, trainable with simple sets of lines.
