AI tool to retrieve medication used from apple health

The medication used is stored in apple health but, unlike other items, you can not retrieve these data from apple health. I need these data to analyse my medication use (name of the drug, dose, time of use) with Parkinson's issues. E.g. my bloodpressure seems to be related with adequate supplation with l-dopa. High blood pressures hardly respond to normal ant hypertensive thearapy, but reacts strongly on l-dopa use (espacially the fast release forms).
In apple health all medication data are availlable. But I cannot export them..
