AI UAP/UFO Anomaly Detector/Recorder

An AI program that can be implemented to scan either live video or prerecorded video footage as well as scan digital photographs for UAP anomalous craft whether it be solid craft like saucers, triangles, spheres, squares, chevrons, diamonds, plasma orbs, or any other shape. And be able to detect more than one UAP object at the same time.
The AI UAP detector needs to be able to run on Android phones, Windows software, etc.
The program needs to be open source so that it can be downloaded worldwide to create a network of detectors if desired. The cost to purchase such a program needs to be within a reasonable price range. The program needs to be compatible with android phones particular the newer models or slightly older and popular security camera models like Dahua(PoE).
These requests can be modified to make this program work but it has to be able to work with Android, Windows, and Dahua PoE cameras.
