Automatically Pre-cut footage to useable sections of longer clips

Looking to pre-cut footage from a wedding, typically clips that are 20-60s long that have multiple useable shots but useless camera movements and camera moving form shot to shot that I want to remove.

Pre-cutting footage is time consuming so something that would recognise a stable composed shot from the movement between the shots and cut out the unusable stuff.
