Detecting and bouncing scam and telemarketing calls

Basically exactly what it says, an AI capable of rejecting and bouncing calls from scammers and telemarketers. "Bouncing" in this case would be making it seem to the scammer as if the number they've called is not in use.

That used to work with emails using the program Mailwasher. An AI for doing this with email/texts might be easier but we really need to fight off all these scammers that are using AI to prey on others.

Let's use AI to fight against improper use of AI.
