Tool for optimising the emails that I send to other people

Hi everyone!

I know that there are a few tools out there which sit on top of your inbox and try to make the experience better. I'm looking for something a little different.

I would love to find a system which kind of interjects itself between the emails that I send and other people. For example ... it could monitor the emails that I'm sending to my boss. And then organise them into once a day reports summing up everything that I've sent since the last run.

Anything like this out there?
