Turn text created for a course into course videos with an ai voice over

I have text with a course and want to turn that into a video with voice over for each module. I also want to turn the cdourse into a sllide deck. An alternate way might be to have it first create the slide deck so I have that asset and then have it create videos from the slide deck with a voice over.
Does something like that exist?
