DexForce W1 Pro
About
DexForce W1 Pro is an AI-defined humanoid robot powered by an end-to-end embodied intelligence engine. Designed as a flexible development and application platform, it integrates stereo vision, force sensing, SLAM navigation, and high-frequency full-body control for autonomous mobility and industrial-grade intelligent services.
Specs
DexForce W1 Pro features up to 40 DOF (34 DOF differential chassis configuration) with 7 DOF per arm and 6 active DOF dexterous hands (humanoid 5-finger configuration). It supports 10 kg single-arm payload and ±0.5 mm repeatability. The robot uses Laser SLAM navigation with ≤±20 mm positioning repeatability and reaches a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s. It integrates a 6 cm baseline stereo vision system, optional wrist RGBD cameras, 2 LiDAR units, force-torque sensors (0.1 N precision), and LLM-integrated voice interaction. Powered by a 40 Ah battery (≥8 hours operation) and dual-PC architecture delivering ≥300 TOPS, it operates with 1 kHz high-frequency motion control over EtherCAT industrial network.
