ZWHAND features 18 degrees of freedom across five fingers, integrated micro motors with gear and encoder units, and tactile/force sensors including e-skin for pressure sensing. It supports ~6 kg strength and uses industrial-grade materials in a compact human-hand-sized form. The system integrates sensing, actuation, and control for responsive, human-like dexterity.
