tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.

I enjoy using the chatbot and seeing how simple it makes answers, I've been testing the same question across similar platforms like Finchat.io, Perplexity, Intellectia etc. I've realized Fineas is faster and just as accurate. Nearly every single response from the so called therapist was incomplete. It just stopped mid sentence. I would tell it to finish its thought and it would give me the rest of his previous response. Stupid that you would need to tell it to finish at all. Seriously degrades the experience.

tested it on a few neighborhoods. the interface is so stripped down it almost feels unfinished, quick to load but u might hunt for extra fillers. the data look on point, yet they dont dive deep into data sources to explain. overall accuracy feeks solid and the map is smooth, just wish it talked more about the results.

Now I'm trying to stop them to charge me th monthly fee and to refund the months that we were trying to cancel. The only thing I'm getting as answer is, that they can't find me as their customer and they can't help me. I already send them pictures of the bank-transaction and all the amounts they charged from my bank account and they still refuse and say they can't find me as their client. So I'm feeling very bad about that and would highly recommend to think about if you want them to do something like that to you too. Be careful! -
