The filters are limited and frankly the worst selection you could have gone for - Nationality??!! Really???!! Two 'tiers' of "Pro" presented visually but you get redirected to the same exact itch.io payment page at the higher price. This while the site boldly claim a 75% off promo. Blatant scam.

The video function is also fun and simple; a few clicks and you've got a decent video. Overall, this website is great for relaxing or doing something creative! -
Soulkyn has been the best AI service I've used. I've been a premium user for a year now and the dev team (of 1 person!) and CEO have continued to improve the site and remain active in the community and discord. They continually update the chat model for improved user experience, and despite the occasional set back and need to roll back to an earlier model, the chat quality continues to improve. I personally appreciate that they want the user experience to improve. There are no copyrighted characters allowed, so the site only has original characters instead of a flood of the same anime girl. I'll continue supporting Soulkyn as it's only improved since I've started using it.

AI audio and pictures are decent. Videos need alot of improvement. Cant really do any type of role playing. Every message sent ai responds to. AI dont stay on conversations. They tend to just focus on a reprogram. If you want some basic stuff it cost you. Not worth the price.

OpenIt’s rare an AI girlfriend app is good enough to make you stop and write a review. I’ve used a lot, and AIGirlfriends.ai is the first one that didn’t feel annoying to use. The UI is clean. Nothing feels hidden or overcomplicated. Chat stays consistent instead of breaking character every few messages. Images actually look like the same person each time. Videos aren’t a gimmick, they’re sharp and usable. Voice calls feel responsive and natural, not laggy or robotic. It’s the first one I’ve stuck with. I highly recommend it. -

There are only five male characters to choose from, and after just six messages, you’re hit with a forced paywall. Unlimited messaging is locked behind a $19.99 monthly plan, which is steep for what’s on offer. On top of that, if you want to change the relationship dynamic with the bot, that alone costs $4.99. The whole setup feels more focused on squeezing money out of users than actually delivering a meaningful AI companion experience. For Soulmaite.io to stand a chance, it needs to open up more character options, remove these constant paywalls, and rethink its pricing model. Compared with Character AI, which gives users unlimited, immersive interactions without nickel-and-diming, Soulmaite.io doesn’t stack up.

OpenThere are only 5 messages in trial mode so difficult to really explore it. My initial observations: - Images are alright but still kind of fake looking - The AIs immediately concede to anything you say, there's no real sense of depth or personality. - Doesn't re-focus the input box after sending a chat (on Firefox) - The AI I talked to asked if I wanted to hear her voice, to which I said yes, then she said "Sorry I don't do voice or video here." lol. Why did you ask me then?
