tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.

I'm enjoying the current features and customization options โ it's clear a lot of thought went into this! I'd love to see a recipe import feature from other websites to make it even better. What a great app! I've been using MealSnap every day since I purchased the annual plan, and knowing what I eat (health rating, calories, mL, ingredients, ...) feels like I'm already having a much better diet. I used to go to McDonald's and Wendy's weekly (and was working at my campus' Starbucks next door, which didn't help!). With this app, because I am now forcing myself to record every meal, I am feeling much more aware of whether I eat junk food or not! And just the fact that I can go back and check what I've eaten over the last weeks and months has had a great physical effect on me and my health - (but you will need to subscribe to their annual tier. Very cheap though!)

The AI property description tool works really well. I havenโt gotten around to using the poster feature yet, but all in all, itโs worth an 8 out of 10.

tested it on a few neighborhoods. the interface is so stripped down it almost feels unfinished, quick to load but u might hunt for extra fillers. the data look on point, yet they dont dive deep into data sources to explain. overall accuracy feeks solid and the map is smooth, just wish it talked more about the results.

I tried the item removal function for an image I wanted to use in a listing. It literally gave me an error and generated nothing, but took my credits... Not nice!

This actually gave me some ideas on what to cook with what i have available, but i can't find some common recipes, like pasta carbonara. It's usually the recipe i look when to judge if i trust other recipes or not. Other than that, the recipes list off everything you need, along with prep and cooking steps. I wonder, is the android app still coming?..
