We built this for us, and if other people want to use it, so be it, but I’m not going to try and sell on why one should use or buy it. Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so I’m changing that. It was very real though and we carefully baked in tiny little details for our upgraded users. For eg, we have invited most of our upgraded users to try the mobile apps’ TestFlight version.

Mentalyc has been a very useful addition to my workflow as a mental health provider. AI scribe that listens, transcribes, and writes medical documentation.OpenActually it's a cool idea. But I was trying to cancel the subscription as we just tested it for 1 month, but it didn't work. Now I'm trying to stop them to charge me th monthly fee and to refund the months that we were trying to cancel. The only thing I'm getting as answer is, that they can't find me as their customer and they can't help me. I already send them pictures of the bank-transaction and all the amounts they charged from my bank account and they still refuse and say they can't find me as their client. So I'm feeling very bad about that and would highly recommend to think about if you want them to do something like that to you too. Be careful!
