The initial free version does not allow for starting a conversation that has already concluded. I asked the GPT if it would remember information about me or if I would be a "new person" for it in each session, and it said that each session is new. This is very discouraging because it is not possible to have a complete conversation.

It's the maker of MindMateGPT here. Focus group results After vetting the survey for duplicate entries, we were left with 10 users that participated in the focus group The average user had used the app for 3 weeks, and the average frequency was daily 100% of the users felt the app helped them improve their mental health, and 90% of them felt the app gave them a better ability to handle emotional distress. Mentalyc has been a very useful addition to my workflow as a mental health provider. Writing therapy progress notes used to take a significant amount of time after each session, but using Mentalyc to generate structured drafts from session recordings has helped reduce that burden. The notes it generates are organized and clinically meaningful, especially in formats like SOAP and DAP. It highlights important elements such as presenting issues, interventions, and client engagement, which makes it easier to review and finalize documentation efficiently. I also appreciate that it supports staying compliant with documentation standards while reducing mental load and burnout related to admin tasks. It doesnโt replace clinical judgment, but it does make the documentation process smoother and more consistent. For therapists looking for an AI-powered note writing assistant, Mentalyc is definitely worth exploring.

Iโve been playing with cogmi for a week and itโs really cool what insights itโs giving me about performance. Usually I donโt even think about when to stop, but now thereโs some data to focus on. Itโs like keeping tabs on circardian rhythm but for brain performance.
