I've been using Genius.AI for a while now, and I gotta say, it's pretty awesome. It's like having a smart friend who's always there to help with my business and socials. What I LOVE the most is that helps me build my brand without headache, gives me cool ideas for showing off my contents, saves me tons of time on social media stuff, actually gets my style and voice, and it's super easy to use. -
Currently using it for handling basic FAQs and simple actions and it's doing the job. The no code part makes everything straightforward. Replies are fast and natural. Nice tool option if you're looking to simply add a chatbot without dealing with the complex stuff.
