I grabbed VideotoBlog on AppSumo a few weeks back, and it's become a useful part of my content workflow. As someone who utilizes blog style writing for my work and website, I have constantly thought about a tool which could repurpose some of the excellent new and upcoming informational video content into blog posts. There are useful tools which provide transcription and content for sociual media - however, it still consumes a lot of time to optimize for SEO. What I love: The AI doesn't just transcribe - it actually rewrites content for readability and creates proper blog structure with headings, subheadings, and paragraphs SEO optimization is built-in with meta descriptions, tags, and keyword integration The ability to add AI-generated images or screenshots from the video breaks up text nicely Export options are fantastic - I can push directly to WordPress, download as HTML/PDF, or host on their subdomain Minor drawbacks: Sometimes needs manual tweaking for technical topics (but the editing interface makes this easy) Would love more customization options for tone/style, though they seem to be working on this Limited to YouTube videos currently - hoping they'll add support for other platforms The verdict: For the AppSumo lifetime deal price, this is an absolute no-brainer. I'm saving 2-3 hours per video-to-blog conversion, and the quality is consistently impressive. Pro tip: Test it with one of your videos using their free trial before buying to see the quality yourself.

IMHO pretty good piece of soft. The translations are accurate, the pictures chosen are on point (and you can change them with a single click), the text contains a lot of information that has been covered in the video and it's generally ok. There are also constant improvements since I have bought the software, so I am happy about it.
