I purchased the pro. My pro abilities were never unlocked. I thought there was an issue with the ayment because I never got a confirmation, so I tried the again and the same thing happened. I needed to use the transcription software asap, so I sent a request to cancel and get a refund because I wasn't able to use it that day since my pro abilities weren't unlocked. Never heard back. A few days later noticed I was charged twice on my card. So sent another request in. Nothing. Got charged twice again the next month and sent ANOTHER request in. Still nothing. Now, AMEX is investigating because I can't find an email or phone number to sumbit a request in any other way. Beyond frustrating.
