I was on their premium plan. 9 usd per month. Good features with alot of bugs and zero user support. I wrote them more than 10 support requests without even one reply. At last i lost control to my account and every try to login was unsuccessful because of an unknown error message. They didn't even help me to rectify the problem. 9 usd has been wasted .

Similarity search works okay, but UX could be improved โ it's hard to tell when a search was completed. Also there are some minor mistakes in BPM assignation. But overall works as expected and helps finding similar tracks.

I am currently paying $50 per month. However, it's crucial to note that Jasper serves as the ultimate solution for all front-end startup needs. And even in the above comment - I typed out my current message, select all, clicked "ask Jasper," then "improve writing." Jasper is beyond amazing, as it can handle any marketing needs. The only "con/negative" is if you are like me, a solopreneur, you do not have access to API integrations as that is only in the enterprise tier, and I have no clue what that costs, but I do know that Enterprise tiers are costly. It would be awesome if Jasper made a bundled package for solo entrepreneurs and the small-mom-and-pop shops, as we are the ones who need the latest and greatest technology readily available to keep up with the big fellas (**The last two paragraphs were not edited, improved, or written by or with any AI. Hey dude, just noticed and I'm actually also in Bcn lol it's just my opinion of corse but first I totally understand that supporting free trials with AI costs for a solo developer is really not sustainable but try to make available the trial by allowing access to the BYOK, users get to try it and you dont have to support the financial burden. Anyways, keep going best of lucks! I'll keep an eye on this thread, happy to change the review in case you find a solution! Cheers

So many SaaS offerings need rethought to be AI/agent first. And the new thinking really start with the simplicity and appropriate costs needed for the "user" being an agent. tny.dev is really a master class in this new thought process. If you need link shortening, it's completely solved here. I've been using it with Claude Desktop, and Claude just "gets" this MCP server, and its free at the relatively infrequent rate I use it. The analytics are awesome and simple to understand. They are the key feature for me.
