Jimmy🛠️ 2 tools 🙏 10 karmaMar 2, 2026@VocovaI built Vocova to solve a simple problem — people consume content across languages and platforms every day, but turning that content into accurate, readable text is still painfully fragmented. You need one tool to download, another to transcribe, another to translate. It should be one step. We build Vocova the way you'd build a piece of art — every detail is intentional. How natural the speaker labels read, how precisely timestamps align with every word, how a bilingual export looks like a polished document rather than a raw data dump. We don't ship anything that we wouldn't be proud to put our name on. Vocova supports 100+ languages, imports from 1,000+ platforms, and translates into 145+ languages. Try it and let me know what you think — your feedback directly shapes what we build next. -
Tried this with a couple clips and the speed was honestly impressive. Feels super useful for creators and research workflows.

While searching for audio transcription tools, I found that many came with limitations—until I discovered Audio Transcriber AI. Not only is it free and unlimited, but its accuracy rivals that of paid tools; I have since recommended it to my friends.

High quality, really fast and generous free tier. Great tool! Comes even with speaker annotation!

Hi 👋 I'm Vera, the maker of Whisper Web. I built it because I needed a frictionless way to turn recordings into structured text — meeting notes, interview quotes, podcast transcripts, YouTube research. Whisper Web runs entirely in your browser. Drop an audio or video file (up to 2GB), record from your mic, or paste a YouTube URL. You get a clean transcript with automatic speaker labels and a structured AI summary covering key points, action items, decisions, and quotes — all in under 3 minutes. 100+ languages, auto-detected. Six export formats: TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT, and JSON. Privacy-first by design. Free to try, no credit card. Would love your feedback — drop a recording you've been putting off and tell me how it went. — Vera

the founder is cool, definitely a recommendation if you have personal requests and grow the app along with you.

Wow, this little widget is a game changer. It saves me a lot of time in writing emails, comments and work notes. Thank you, it's really useful, I was looking for it!

This is one of those apps that when you use it for the first time, it feels like magic. It is one of the apps that has led to me using it the most every day. It's almost as integral to me now as ChatGPT.

Hands down best multilingual stt API.
-
It's very easy to use, completely free, and even supports files up to 1GB in size.

No no no. This is not what it claims to be. Yes there claim to be a free trial but free trial does not work at all. Its just a workaround.👎🏻

OpenThis is my favourite, so handy and works brilliant -
I love the smart formatting and multi language support. It fits perfectly into my workflow and feels thoughtfully built for real world use.

Not a very good experience. There are a lot of screenshots of what is supposed to happen when you record or upload audio, but the functionality is very clunky. I had to upload the same audio file 5 times before it appeared in the dashboard. The experience is even worse on a mobile phone. So I am still looking for a quick audio to text AI tool and one that I can get the transcription in multiple languages.

very accurate transcription. summaries are spot on. and can transcribe conversations in real-time. easy to use

When uploading a 30-minute video file, I was surprised to receive the transcript in just a few seconds. The speed and quality of the transcription process blew me away, especially considering the complexity of the video content.
