Private Tutor

A private tutor is an educator who provides personalized, one-on-one instruction to students outside of traditional classroom settings. They may tutor in a specific subject or provide general academic support.

Private tutors are skilled at identifying and addressing individual learning needs, and often provide supplementary materials and resources to enhance student understanding.

They may work independently, or as part of a tutoring agency.
